Below are a list of the key personnel at TPG Realty Company. From marketing and leasing to property development and asset management, the associates at TPG Realty collaborate talents and efforts for every real estate need.

Raymond P. Felson (ext. 227)
President

Mr. Felson formed the company in 1993 as successor to The Palmer Group Ltd., where he served as Senior Vice President and managed the development of the Atrium Mall at the James R. Thompson Center and the 225 West Wacker Drive office building in downtown Chicago. As President and Managing Broker for TPG Realty, Mr. Felson oversees the expansion of the commercial agent and property base of the company. He holds a Master of Management degree from Northwestern University's Kellogg Graduate School of Management and a Bachelor of Architecture degree from the University of Illinois. He carries the ABR, GRI, and CCIM designations and has served on both the Professional Standards Committee and on the Board of Directors of the Chicago Association of Realtors. Mr. Felson is a member of the International Council of Shopping Centers (ICSC) and the Urban Land Institute (ULI).

Melody M. Savage (ext. 231)

Ms. Savage is Controller of TPG Realty Commercial and serves as financial advisor on real estate development projects undertaken by the firm. She offers a wealth of experience from the accounting positions she held in real estate, finance, and technology. Most recently she was Controller at Exxceed, Inc. and also served as CFO/Controller at Epigraph, Inc., Senior Auditor at Arthur Anderson & Company, Controller at LaThomus & Co., and Vice President/Finance at The Newberry Library. Ms. Savage received a Bachelor of Arts degree, cum laude, in business administration with concentration in accounting, from Chicago State University.

Brenda Hautzinger (ext. 228)
Mall Manager

Ms. Hautzinger serves as Mall Manager of the Atrium Mall, where she strives to build positive tenant relationships by effectively handling tenant issues on a daily basis. She also serves as a liaison to our many contractors and the State of Illinois building management team. Ms. Hautzinger’s background in marketing, research and sales is crucial to the many functions she oversees. She holds a B.A. degree in Business Management from Robert Morris College, and is currently pursuing her real estate license and CSM (Certified Shopping Center Manager) designation from the International Council of Shopping Centers.

Karen Kruger (ext.230)
Leasing Agent

Ms. Kruger is experienced in many facets of commercial real estate including sales, insurance, accounting and finance. Her multifaceted background allows her to conceptualize and lead both clients, tenants and investors from the beginning of a project through to completion. In addition to working on new developments for TPG Realty she is also involved with leasing and property management for the Atrium Mall. Before joining TPG Realty Ms. Kruger was Director of Accounting for Horton Insurance Agency. She holds a BA in Psychology from the University of Colorado and is licensed as a Real Estate Salesperson and as an Associate Real Estate Appraiser.

Sorin O. Dragalina (ext. 222)

Sorin O. Dragalina brings both his project coordination skills and technical expertise to the table for development and general contracting at TPG Realty. Having served as a field operations manager, site manager, mechanical engineer as well as an independent contractor on numerous projects both nationally and internationally, Mr. Dragalina has the experience and expertise needed to see projects successfully through from the initial planning phase through completion. Potential investors in commercial real estate are backed by his knowledge of asset redevelopment, as he has successfully redeveloped properties reflecting in property value gains of more than 100%. Mr. Dragalina graduated from State Polytechnical Institute in Timisora, Romania with a Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering.
